快速卷簾門(mén)發(fā)生失控的原因有哪些？

很多的工廠里面都會(huì)使用快速卷簾門(mén)，是因?yàn)檫@種工業(yè)門(mén)具備防盜的功能。但是這種快速門(mén)的開(kāi)啟關(guān)閉非常的頻繁。以致于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的使用會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題，例如快速卷簾門(mén)的控制系統(tǒng)失效。

As a result, there will be some problems in the long-term use, such as the failure of the control system of the fast rolling shutter door.
一般來(lái)說(shuō)，長(zhǎng)期使用快速卷簾門(mén)，發(fā)生控制失效的原因主要可能是下面的幾個(gè)：

1、工業(yè)快速卷簾門(mén)的繼電器的接觸點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)粘死的情況，這時(shí)候我們需要更換繼電器。
1. The contact point of the relay of the industrial fast rolling shutter door is stuck. At this time, we need to replace the relay.
2、快速門(mén)的行程微動(dòng)，開(kāi)關(guān)失效或者是出片變形。如果是這樣的話，那就需要更換微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)或觸片。
2. The travel of the fast door is inching, the switch fails or the plate is deformed. If so, it is necessary to replace the microswitch or contact pad.
3、快速卷簾門(mén)的靠板螺絲發(fā)生松動(dòng)的情況，易導(dǎo)致靠板的移位。這種情況只是需要緊定滑塊螺釘并使靠板復(fù)位。
