在安裝調試之前應先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門機、行程開關、電剎車的連接線是否正常，確認后在進行調試。

1、相序調整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開關，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開關常閉并發出救護笛的報警聲則表明相序錯誤，可將三相電源進線中的任兩相交換即可。控制器的相序檢測正確，操縱按鈕觀察卷簾門運行方向，若卷門機運行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門機三相接線中任意兩相交換即可。

2、中位位置設置以及形成學習：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開關SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進入中停位置的設定和正常行駛行程的學習。

d：按上行鍵一次開始進入上行全程學習，卷門機開始上行達到上限位并自動停止，上行全程學習完畢。

e：按上行鍵一次開始進入中停位置學習，卷門機開始下行達到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學習完畢。

e: Press the UP key once to enter the middle stop position for learning. The door winder starts to descend to 1.8m above the ground, and then press the STOP key to finish learning the middle stop position for descending.

f：再按一次下行鍵，使卷門機達到下限位并自動停止，后半程學習完畢。

g：按上行鍵，使卷門機達到上限位并自動停止，正常行駛行程學習完畢。
