快速卷簾門的傳動機構安裝在門洞頂部機箱內，機箱由厚2mm厚鍍鋅鋼板制作而成兩端端由厚6mm鋼板制作，在端板上設有安裝卷軸軸承，驅動電機，平衡系統構件的安裝座和安裝孔，鋼板表面經噴塑處理成客戶要求的色彩。卷軸安裝于機箱內，由卷筒、軸端、軸承座等組成。卷筒尺寸根據門洞高、寬尺寸經過計算，選擇合理尺寸，在這個門上，卷筒直徑為219mm。

The transmission mechanism of the fast Roller shutter is installed in the box at the top of the door opening. The box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate. Both ends of the box are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting seats and mounting holes for installing reel bearings, driving motors, and balancing system components. The surface of the steel plate is sprayed with plastic to become the color required by customers. The reel is installed inside the chassis and consists of a drum, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219mm.

2、導槽箱

導槽箱由厚2mm鍍鋅鋼板制作，立于門洞二側固定于墻面，機箱則置于導槽箱頂部通過螺栓與導槽箱及墻面固定。導槽箱導槽二側固定有密封毛條，以保證一定的密封要求，在導槽箱的底部離地約1m高位置，則預留有紅外線監測器的安裝位置。快速卷簾門的導槽箱經噴塑處理，與機箱同色，導槽里部的毛刷抵住簾布以限制簾布不會脫離導槽，這樣當車子撞到門的時候，門簾會脫離導槽，從而避免快速卷簾門體受到損壞。

The chassis is placed on the top of the guide box and fixed to the guide box and wall with bolts. There are sealing strips fixed on both sides of the guide groove of the guide groove box to ensure certain sealing requirements. 3、簾布

快速卷簾門的簾布可分段制作，每段高度約為700mm左右，各段簾布通過特制的鋁質抗風條聯接成一整體簾布，具有強度高、抗沖擊、不易刺穿等優點。此外，我們還可選用透明PVC材料制作簾布或部份選用透明PVC材料制作簾布，以便觀察軟簾門二側的情況，在簾布的底部設有鋁質底梁，及防撞軟袋簾布的頂部通過螺釘和壓條固定在卷筒上。

4、驅動裝置

通過減速馬達直接驅動軟簾門轉軸，根據快速卷簾門提升速度的要求選用不同速比的減速器，達到所要求的提升速度，快者速度可達到80cm/s以上。控制線路采用變頻控制，使簾布運行時做到緩起動緩停止，并可使簾布到位自停，及在運行過程中停止運動。

According to the requirements of the lifting speed of the fast Roller shutter, different speed ratio reducers are selected to achieve the required lifting speed, which can reach more than 80cm/s. 5、控制系統

快速卷簾門設有控制箱，可在控制箱操作“開”、“停”、“關”，并可在控制箱的另一側墻面設控制按鈕操作“開”、“停”、“關”。快速卷簾門可根據需要選配遙控操作和雷達探測或地磁感應自動開關門，在門洞二側設有紅外線監測裝置，當門體運動時有障礙物穿越門洞時，簾布運動將停止，或回復到開門狀態。
