在快速卷簾門的兩側確定導軌安裝位置，用錘線放出導軌基準線，放出導軌連接件固定螺栓十字線，導軌超過吊*不小于75cm。

The guide rail should exceed the hanging height by no less than 75cm.

用沖擊鉆在墻柱上打出連接件固定膨脹螺栓孔，連接件的間距不可以大于600mm，并且，兩端距導軌口100mm。先上下固定幾塊連接件，將其導軌貼上，校正其垂直并點焊，導軌固定后在復合簾一下導軌的垂直度，每米不得大于5mm，全長垂直度不得超過20mm，復合簾面嵌入導軌深度(見GBl4102—2005)。

Use an impact drill to drill the expansion bolt holes for fixing the connectors on the wall column. The spacing between the connectors should not exceed 600mm, and both ends should be 100mm away from the guide rail opening. Firstly, fix several connecting pieces up and down, attach their guide rails, correct their verticality, and spot weld them. After the guide rails are fixed, the verticality of the guide rails below the composite curtain should not exceed 5mm per meter, and the full length verticality should not exceed 20mm. The depth of the composite curtain surface embedded in the guide rails (see GBl4102-2005).

快速卷簾門大軸安裝前，先將掛板定好方向裝到卷軸上，再把4-6片簾板裝到掛板上并卷緊在卷軸上川鐵絲扎牢。

Before installing the main shaft of the fast rolling shutter door, first orient the hanging plate onto the rolling shaft, and then install 4-6 curtain plates onto the hanging plate and tighten them onto the rolling shaft with Sichuan iron wire.

吊裝快速卷簾門大軸，一定要注意。安排指揮人字梯腳手架手拉葫蘆都要經過檢查。快速卷簾門安裝時先將套上軸承及座的光軸塞入卷軸端孔中，對準位置后將軸承固定螺栓擰緊。

卷軸吊裝時要特別注意不要碰壞卷在軸上的簾板，用鋼絲繩捆扎時要墊木板。

When hoisting the reel, special attention should be paid not to damage the curtain board rolled on the reel, and wooden boards should be used when tying with steel wire ropes.
